Thanks to In Kind Direct and their generous sponsor Micro, Blooming Blossom’s Trust has been able to distribute scooters to kids with mobility issues, giving them not just a way to move, but a newfound sense of freedom

The scooters Micro so graciously donated to In Kind Direct, enabled us to purchase high quality scooters at a fraction of their original price. We were thus able to grant them to children with Dyspraxia and mobility issues — who struggle with walking but find scooting a delight — their own high-quality scooters thereby granting them wheels to freedom and enabling them to get to school, our club and beyond independently.

We’ve also integrated several scooters into our on-site activities. From our Feeling, Talking, Walking Garden to our afterschool club sessions and even our 1-to-1 therapy sessions, these scooters are helping children build coordination, strengthen mobility skills, and develop independence in a supportive, playful environment.

We are deeply grateful to Micro and In Kind Direct for making this possible. Thank you so much Micro and In Kind.

Wheels to Freedom
" Dear Blooming Blossoms Trust: Thank you so much for my new pink scooter! I love, love, love it! It lets me fly to club and school, and now I don’t have to wait ages for my ComCab anymore. I feel like a pretty pink butterfly, especially when the sun shines and I can just zoom. Thanks so, so much!
